	Heading South on the Maine Turnpike, Take Exit 52 to Route 295 South.
	Proceed to Toll Booth.
	After Tolls, Go 1.3 Miles. Follow Center Sign to Route 1 South, 295 South to Falmouth.
	Go South on Route 1, 0.3 Miles (1.6 From Tolls) to Traffic Light and Take a Right.
	Proceed 0.3 Miles (1.9 From Tolls) to Traffic Signal and Take a Right to 295 South.
	Proceed 5.0 Miles (6.9 Miles from Tolls) on 295 to Exit 7, Franklin Street.
	Proceed 1.1 Miles (8.0 from Tolls) to the Seventh Traffic Signal and Take a Right onto Commercial Street by Hilton Garden Inn.
	Proceed .5 Miles (8.5 from Tolls) to Traffic Signal at Center Street. Take a Left.
	You will be Entering the Portland Fish Pier Property.
	Bear Right by Bristol Seafoods and then Bear Left.
	Marine Trade Center will be Directly in Front of You and Clearly Marked. Entrance is on the Right Side of Building Toward Boats. We are number 102. It is the Suite Straigth in Front of you when you enter the building.
