FROM THE SOUTH VIA I-95

 

	Heading North on the Maine Turnpike, Take Exit 44 to South Portland and Downtown Portland.
	Proceed to Toll Booth.
	Proceed on 295 North 2.3 Miles to Exit 4 to the Portland Waterfront.
	Proceed 1.3 Miles (3.6 from Tolls) over Fore River Bridge to Traffic Light and Take Right onto Route 1A Truck Route (Commercial Street).
	Proceed 1 Mile (4.6 from Tolls) and Go under Casco Bay Bridge.
	After Going Under Bridge, Proceed .6 Miles (5.1 from Tolls) toTraffic Signal (Center Street) and turn right.
	You will be Entering the Portland Fish Pier Property.
	Bear Right by Bristol Seafoods and then Bear Left.
	Marine Trade Center will be Directly in Front of You and Clearly Marked. Entrance is on the Right Side of Building Toward Boats. We are number 102. It is the Suite right in front of you as you enter the building.
